the last day as an intern.
the last day of a 24 year run of having some structured event to go to next.
first day of school. first day of high school. first day of college. first day at a new internship.
the last day.
school's out forever.
here's a frame from the weekend. i will miss shooting sports for a while. i'm going to miss shooting digital, period. back to the workhorse canon 1N, yo.
thanks for watching. i'll be away for a few days. i'm taking a backroad road trip back to kentucky. i'll see you when i get there.

I was sad that you're leaving, but your post makes me even sadder.
We'll miss you.
Still. . .yes, this is an ending, but please see it also for the other side of it: this is a blank slate. a vacation. great time to spend with Coury.
You have great things coming ahead. You're a great photographer, a great friend, a great person.
Relax (note that I didn't say "lay on the couch and veg) and know that you ARE on your path, even though you can't see where it's headed yet.
