the importance of stretching
ole boy on the far right didn't stretch before the 2008 Great American Outhouse Blowout heats and paid the ultimate price: a pulled muscle.
he turned out fine. he just pulled a muscle, dropped to the ground and was run over by an outhouse. not exactly a good day when you get run over by an outhouse but it could be worse.
